*UPDATE* So a St. Rose rep tried to reach out to me on yelp wanting to help with the situation and as EXPECTED, St. Rose billing/financial department never called me back. You guys hide from your mistakes and when most ppl get a discount for paying the entire bill at once, I didn't get SH*T!! You guys really put us in a financial mess. Thanks a lot for nothing!!! Dignity health, my ass!!!

Financial counselor, Linda Vega, really screwed us over with our hospital bill. I told her that we hit 90%of our very high deductible is already paid but she didn't believe me and demanded we pay for our deductibile that day in the hospital and I will get reimbursed, if it does show that I indeed overpaid. But guess what... The excess funds that I gave her paid for the ENTIRE hospital bill!!! Didn't even get to make monthly payments and our savings r gone like that. I even complained to their financial department, right down to the CFO and they never apologized nor helped me out for THEIR mistake. I never even authorized for Linda to pay off my entire bill without giving me options to pay monthly!!
Horrible experience and this hospital will screw you over financially!!!!
