OMG! Where do I begin? We went to Las Vegas just before the Labor Day weekend for a short stay. The morning we were set to leave we decided to wander around the strip and find a small joint to eat in. Well we wandered into Bruxie and didn't want to leave. The food was so so so so so good! Who ever thought you could replace sandwich bread with waffles? And why didn't they think of it sooner? These guys don't just trade up, they get creative. There are all kinds of sandwiches on the menu. Best of all is the classic chicken and waffles which is amped up a notch with the tastiest burbon sauce. Absolutely fab! I enjoyed every bite and will definitely pop in agian when we go back.
