My issues with several different Atria's are well chronicled & it all started with this one. I would never have gone back to another Atria's except our niece gave us a gift card for Christmas. We went to the one in Pleasant Hills & it had been a far better experience than I'd ever had at an Atria's. I sent an e-mail to their website about all of my experiences & praising the Pleasant Hills Location. I received an e-mail back from the manager of the Mt. Lebanon location requesting that I call him. We spoke for about 20 minutes & I explained what it was about this location that I didn't like. He was nice enough to invited my wife & I down for a visit.
They more than made up for any issues I had. The service was great. I had the Char Grilled Meatloaf & it was terrific. It came with jalapeno chedder cornbread that I would crawl on my hands & knees through a blizzard for.
