I've dealt with numerous dealerships this one has by far been the best experience over the course of 10 plus years. I used to drive a Toyota Tundra as a fleet vehicle that was serviced here numerous times (West Ballard). service department is great and I have never had any issues that could not be resolved quickly I just purchased my second personal vehicle through Toyota and once again had a great experience from the sales staff through the finance department. I also have to give a shout out to the manager Jesse Grey. I had an issue with my purchase that was essentially my fault for not doing all the research on the vehicle I purchased. I called Jesse and relayed what my concerns were and he quickly came to a resolution as a favor to a loyal customer. This was above and beyond and unexpected. I can only semis any low ratings for this location are people who enter a dealership with a chip on their shoulder. I just can't imagine having any gripes.
