This place has great tasting frozen yogurt. The inside of the shop is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. It's nice to have a frozen yogurt place in this area... Especially one that has such a nice theme. 5 stars for the yogurt and 5 for the theme.
For the people that work there... Never have they said welcome, hi, or any other nice welcoming words. The girls that we've encountered have been short and seem to always be frustrated. We raved about the yogurt to my mom and we took her... Hoping there would be a chance they'd be polite. No such luck. As my mom handed the girl her coupon, she literally snatched it out of her hand.
I've worked in customer service for years. My husband is self employed. We understand the importance for having a passion for your business. I'm sure the owner is excited about his/her new business and its unfortunate that the girls we've encountered don't at least make an attempt to be kind to us patrons. Hopefully it changes because I don't mind driving a bit further for better customer service. So 1 star for the workers. I know its self serve yogurt but there is no need to act so rude.
