So far I'm going to give this complex 3 stars. Let me say this first, Simone has been a big help! I would recommend asking for her if you need to inquire about anything! Terri was supposed to help us for the most part but I think I'm going to refer to Simone from now on. After Simone helped us move in she said Terri will do the walkin with us and it took a week for her to actually do it with us. I think why she finally did it cause my boyfriend had to come in there and almost demand for it to be done or when our lease is up they would be responsible for damages not us. Once the walkin was complete, the next day the maintenance people came into fix it. Which they came early morning, I thought it was weird cause he came when we were sleeping then later afternoon they came to fix the rest. I also feel like the management doesn't care much about us as when I try to call there is no answer or I am being rushed off the phone. Yes the trash is over flowing sometimes but honestly it's better then my last apartments I was in. After reading reviews, I'm eager to see what's in store.
