Poke meets Chipotle. Neat concept: you go through the line and choose your rice, fish, and toppings (having maguro available is a nice touch).
Unfortunately, the fish quality is marginal at best and because the sauce doesn't meet fish until you order it, you don't get any of the marinade effect you expect from a good poke.
And lastly, it's ridiculously expensive for a little scoop of fish. Glad I tried it; won't be repeating.
