The only reason Schultz didn't get 5 stars is because they are hard to get in touch with to start the whole process. Once I did, they did a wonderful job of repairing and reupholstering a chair that had been purchased for my grandfather about 1955.
It had been reupholstered in the past, but needed it again and the springs were shot. Now it is comfortable, beautiful and a family treasure.
Luke picked up my chair and delivered it. They had a large assortment of material swatches to choose from and allowed me to take home a swatch book when I was trying to decide between two different materials.
I had spoken to a few other people in the business and Schultz gave me a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it to the penny.
