Started off well with the first visit with a liquid gel fill. Second visit, happy with result but the nail technician insulted the previous person and how poor of a job she did, and talked about her being drunk the night before and still being drunk when she woke up that day for my 10 am appointment. Third appointment....made through yelp, put down credit card, and they lost my appointment. This location is not close to me but for the quality, I was willing to drive. On to the attempted fourth appointment...made it with the same technician that I had the first time. I called to confirm only to for them to say, "Yeah, it's with Pamela." She told me the one I booked with doesn't do liquid gels any more. No warning, no call. Just stuck me with someone else. Not happy. That was the second strike so I'm done. They are very inconsistent and unreliable.
