After a long drive all my family and I wanted to do was check into our hotel and sleep, but so many hotels were completely booked and no room would be available until the next day. Finally an absolute saint answers the phone and give us a room. Joanna was so helpful, sweet and so kind I have to say that I definitely appreciated her! It was a tough night but she definitely brought a lot of light to it! THANK YOU SO MICH JOANNA, FOR BEING AN ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART!
