I have enjoyed coming to PQ nails for years -- they do a great job, it is very clean, and the man and woman who run the shop give wonderful customer service and are very attentive. BUT, I showed up today for a pedi and as soon as I walked in the door it felt different. I could tell right away that it was under new management. The place was cluttered. Messy. The 3 workers barely acknowledged me. And then my pedi began. It seriously felt like this guy had given maybe at dozen pedis (at most) ever. It felt jumbled as he moved through the steps, the careful touch I was used to was gone, and at several points it was painful. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Which makes me sad because I have enjoyed coming here -- but that has all changed.
