Recently visited this Midas location as a "walk-in" to have my oil changed in my Volkswagen Jetta and I was very happy with the customer service I received! I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to Mike and the team for maintenance.
As a young female, I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of - and Mike was even kind enough to explain things to me as well! I truly appreciated their friendly "family" approach.
Like a previous reviewer stated, they don't seem to "up-sell" you on unnecessary repairs. I went in for an oil change, received just that, and they didn't mention the need for any extras!
