I recently ordered a mattress online via Brooklyn Bedding, it was the all-foam version of their Signature model (#bestmattressever) and I mention this as they recently redesigned that particular model to be more of a "hybrid" style with a coil-spring base layer whereas mine has a 6" foam base. That said, I've loved the mattress over the past two weeks and found that the medium firmness option was great for me as a side and stomach "combo" sleeper. I do see some reviews from people saying it will break down in a year or so, and I plan on updating this review should I have that same experience. But for now, I've had a very positive experience with the company, their products (love the free pillows and sheets I got with my order as well), and their customer service. Initially my top sheet came out of the package with a small stain on it that didn't wash out, so they immediately sent out a full new set at no charge. I'm bummed to read that some others haven't had as much luck, but my personal experience was one of total satisfaction thus far and I'm happy I took a chance with Brooklyn Bedding.
