Love house seats! Joined them early this month (recommended by a friend) when they had 2 for 1 special offer. I paid $169 for 2 years membership (I can get up to 4 tickets) at a time, unlimited. They have lots of variety of shows to choose from; small productions to big head liners. Average ticket price for shows in Vegas for general admission is $50, so just going to 1 show already paid for your membership.
Check the website often so you can catch good shows. Most good shows offered on the day of the performance and it won't last long, once you see a show you like, get it tight away, don't wait.
We got best seats almost on all of the shows we attended. Most of our seats are within 5 rows from the stage, few times we got front row.
