Probably the best acoustic guitar shop in Madison. Run by great folks who are happy to listen to you play, and recommend instruments you should try.
So if you are looking for a nice Martin or Taylor, they have a pile of the good ones. Looking for something higher end from Collings, Huss & Dalton, or Goodall, they have those too. They also always have a great stock of used instruments, fairly priced. Oh yeah, they take trade ins and will give you a pretty fair deal on your instrument if you want to move on to something different.
Tons of accessories are available for humidification, they carry elixir and Martin strings (probably more), tons of straps, and picks galore.
As of this year, they are also doing repairs through Lane's Lutherie so you can drop off your instrument there for an evaluation and repair.
All around super great people who will treat you more than fair.
