I ordered a guitar tab book yesterday and selected same day delivery. Sure enough OnTrac was the shipper. Did I receive my package yesterday? Nope. I called Amazon and they said they would fix it, but I want to share my experience with contacting OnTrac directly. First of all, if you call there customer service number 800-334-5000 and press option 2 for package tracking, no one ever picks up the phone. I tried several times both Friday night and all day Saturday. However, if you press option 1, which is schedule a pickup, they answer immediately. That's funny, revenue is in picking up packages not explaining why packages were not delivered. So now comes the comical piece. Now I have to credit the CSR because she was very nice, and said she would send the driver out to retrace his tracks from last nights deliveries. He did show up on Saturday afternoon and said he was here last night and pointed me to where he left the package. So immediately, my wife asked him and I quote "So you remember delivering the package last night?" His response was "No, I had over 50 deliveries yesterday and I don't remember". The sad part is I'm not making this stuff up. Unbelievable. Please Amazon, your reputation is at stake here. This courier is really making you look bad.
