Horrible! I didn't think so much could go wrong with just tanning, but I was surprised. To start, the girl at the front desk was pretty rude. It seemed like I was really an inconvenience to her day. After getting everything set up, she lazily told me "bed six" but the rooms weren't labeled; so I had to figure out where to go for myself. Looking around through the halls of beds, it was clear they were all second hand or purchased 15 years ago. I'm extremely white, but opted for the full time so I could judge how tan/burned I can get for myself. After 12 minutes in their max bed I was still the same color. There was no towel or wet-naps in the room which was extremely inconvenient. I've never been to a sunless-tanning operation and not received a towel before. It doesn't seem like something so obtuse to ask for. I hate writing terrible reviews, I really do. I actually never have before until today. I wrote The Beach a private message, telling them everything that happened and how even though I paid for the VIP full week I didn't want to come back. Their response was, "Sorry. Maybe you should have bought a lotion. There are towels in the lobby. We don't offer refunds." What?! I'm not sure how they stay in business but I do want to warn everyone else out there. I used to have a membership at Classic Tan. They have really great beds and are nice and professional. They even provide towels in all the rooms! I definitely won't be going back to The Beach.
