If I could give zero it would be exactly that... Do not use this company! I scheduled an appointment for work to be done. The latest appointment was 4pm. I stressed that it's kind of hard to be off work that early but I'll make it work. I took off work 2-3 hours early to ensure I was on time. 4:15 comes around and I call to find out if they're coming and Debbie tells me that they were running early and arrived at 3:30. I wasn't home so they left and need to reschedule... ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? She calls the tech then calls me back said yea, he's already home for the day. He couldn't call me when he got here? Leave a note? Send a smoke signal or anything? They wanted to reschedule obviously. Now my door won't be fixed in time for my upcoming even I have planned.
I'm not rescheduling with a company that only cares about getting home by 3:30 on a Friday afternoon! Find a different company! I'm not finished either!
