I decided to book the room because of the size of the room ( 2 bedroom 1500sqft) but what an unpleasant experience. Check in is at 4:00pm, which is pushing it, but checkout is at 10:00am? If it takes house keeping a 6 hour turn around time to clean the room, then it either tells me that the hotel is poorly managed or they have a total disregard to the consumer and the value of the product that they provide. I asked to checkout a little later, so that I can have some time to take a shower before heading out. I was told that I can take a shower in the club house ? Are you serious? That was a slap in the face and pretty much decided that I would NEVER give this company another chance. I started packing up and got another call 10 minutes later asking if we left and told them that I am almost done. They told me if I haven't left within 30 minutes, then I would have to pay $65. I didn't even mind the out dated decor but the bed felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I had the worst sleep of my life. If you are looking to stay at this hotel...don't. Check out the Scottsdale Hilton Resort and Villas, they have rooms just as big, updated decor, comfortable beds, great location, and check out is at noon. They were also less expensive in the end.
