As others have said, this company never bothers to ring the bell or even knock. I've had something delivered by this terrible company twice, and each time it's the same problem. I was watching the tracking the first time and it said "package attempted to be delivered at 8:05 am" and that it couldn't be delivered. I was sitting at home at that time waiting for my package; I did not leave the house. They didn't bother to ring the buzzer. When I called the company to complain, they gave some BS excuse about how their delivery guy actually didn't have the time to go out to my apartment. The second package delivery, I was not home. UPS/Fed-Ex know to buzz the other apartments because there are plenty of people home throughout the day that will let them in to drop a package at the front door. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that they just didn't know, but Prestige left no note or anything. I suddenly remembered that I had a package coming, only to find out that it's been a week. A truly terrible company; I hope Amazon will discontinue this relationship soon.
