Went through the Drive thru today, was supposed to be on some sort of list for my fries due to them forgetting to add them last time, Got up to the drive thru window to pay for everything else when one of the managers comes up, quite frankly I found her very rude and condescending, apparently someone did not do there job and put my name in the book a few weeks back for the fries and basiclly the manager was arguementive, rude, and never have I been called a liar by someone before. Mcdonalds you better get your crap together, Your CS Sucks, recent articles in papers, etc is not helping your company just driving people away. You lost a another few customers today at your location.
