Completely incompetent. Dropped my leather boots off to have a zipper repaired, and left my phone number. They never fixed them and never called, and they had them for two months. When I went to pick them up, they couldn't find them and I had to go back and sort through hundreds of boots to find mine. They also couldn't give an explanation as to why they couldn't fix them because they really don't speak very much English which would be OK I'm not being mean, I just could not communicate with them at all. I had the same problem with the other boot a couple of years ago and it was fixed in the same shop in 2 days. I think the store was sold and has a new owner, sad.
