When I first walked into the room, it had a dark, musty feeling to it. Of course, I did want to give the hotel a chance, so I tried to look for the positives... and found none. It would have been nice for the hotel room to feature a trashcan in the bathroom, let alone a trashcan in our room. Also, the lighting was so dim, I had to walk around with my phone flashlight or keep the front windows open. The closed off shower/toilet room did feature two bright lights, one of which was ejected straight out of a hole in the ceiling. Nothing is more terrifying than stepping out of the shower, glancing up, and noticing a large (at least 7inches in diameter) circle cut out of the ceiling for the lightbulb. The water pressure in my room was decent, but the shower drain was so clogged we had to wait 10mins between showers in order for it to all drain. When it was time for bed, we pulled back the cigarette burned top comforter to find one dainty sheet and two pillows... But my pillow was missing a pillowcase!! So disgusting! I had to use one of my shirts as a temporary pillowcase. I was so exhausted from the drive there I managed to get slightly comfortable on the thin mattress they considered a bed, but it was difficult to stay asleep. The one positive about our room was the fact that the AC did work well, but it would have been nice if it was labeled so I could actually know what temperature I was setting my room to. The pictures on the website are OLD, DON'T TRUST THEM. Although the rooms weren't expensive, I feel like I got ripped off.
