Everything was absolutely delicious. There were a couple items we ordered that were not my favorite...but that's not to say they didn't taste good....just personally wasn't my favorite. The brisket was my favorite hands down. Meat is so tender almost melts in yours mouth. The baby back ribs had the bones falling off them when we were putting them on our plate! The beef ribs were more bone then meat and the meat was a little tougher...still had good flavor and I am glad we tried them but won't be ordering again. For the sides the mac and cheese was thick and my favorite...along with the mashed potatoes and we ordered gravy on the side! Yum! The pecan coleslaw was on point. The ranch beans were my least favorite item, the beans are a tad on the firm side and the sauce wasn't as sweet as I was thinking it would be. Maybe because of the ranch...won't be ordering again but also glad we tried them. The corn bread at the beginning was super tasty and the mini doughnuts at the end reminded me of back home MN state fair doughnuts!!! Overall, loves this place. A couple managers came by to check on how everything taste and I want to say maybe even the owner! I am not sure though I didn't ask him if he was....the waitress and the waiters were all on point. Awesome experience! Will be back!! :)
P.s. almost forget about the sausage! Perfect! The sauce on them was little spicy but just the perfect amount! That was my second favorite next to the brisket!
