Parking: Parking is assigned and so you always have one spot reserved for you. However, you might be assigned next to someone who parks like an a-hole. Getting an uncovered space is very difficult, so good luck having guests over that can find a place to park.
Apartments: Overall I think the apartments are nice. Good floor plans and nice design. Little to no problems with any maintence related issues. In typical apartment fashion, the ceilings are not very thick apparently, because you can hear every footstep above you if one the first or second floor.
Management/Office Staff: Now that these apartments are managed by Trinity, I would give them 0 stars. Horrible management and terrible notifications. The transistion to Trinity Management has been, by far, the worst management company change in my apartment-renting experience. Office staff are slow and seem to have better things to do. They know absolutely nothing when pressed for a question about when the water bill will ever come. *The water bill is a whole seperate issue with these rookies* (lastly, Trinity changed the apartment name from Mirabella to 3800 Lux--which seems like d-bag name change) The ONLY good thing I can say about the management s that throughout my 2+ years at these apartments, they frequently put together activities for the residents. I've never attended one, but do think it is nice they try to have at least one monthly acitivty.
Other Residents: I've heard some people complain of loud/rude neighbors. Personally, I haven't had any issues with the other resdients (aside from the jerk that can't park their giant truck). My neighbors are generally quiet--also unfriendly, but quiet at least. I live near the pool and there aren't too many crazy parties, but frequently there are screaming kids jumping in and out of the pool which can get annoying.
I would not recommend to people because:
-their rates are ever-increasing and now have gotten too expensive, esp for the silly 3800 Lux name now
-management is terrible....good luck getting a straight forward answer from these rookies
-even with assigned parking, the parking situation sucks, and there are lots of big trucks and people who can't park normal to save their life
-you'll never know the deal with the water bill. One month you have a credit on your 'account', and 3 months later they tell you the credit was actually for a water bill the management company failed to allocate
