This Ross has the worst customer service!!!Impossible to return anything there within 30 days if you bought merchandise from different ROSS LOCATION! The Hispanic girls at the customer/return counter are lazy & find every little excuse to return to the original Ross where you bought it. We are from Washington, & we return stuff at any Ross location where it's convenient for us.. Terrible customer service at this Ross on Northern Ave, Glendale & those 2 specific ladies should learn how to treat a paying customer & help more to accept a return instead of finding excuses not to do your job! You made my family, 10 month old & 6 year old, my woman & I drive all the way to Goodyear Ross to return our stuff when you could of made it easier & done it at your store!. It cost us Gas, time & a crying baby! I've been in retail & B2B for 15 years & if I was the store manager there I would of fired both of you lazy people! Never going to your store again & telling my neighbors to stay away for sure.. By the way- this has happened to us twice for same location!
FYI.. We got to the Goodyear Ross & told the lady there of our experience & what happened & she could not believe it- she said they could have done the return (credit back on to our card or store credit) go figure!?.. Glendale, Northern Ave/Pkwy is the Lamest Ross I've ever been to & I've lived in 4 past states (CA, OR, NV, WA & AZ) where we are avid Ross shoppers!
