My last visit was July 2015. I've went to a few dentists in my life, having moved around for the military. Definitely the worst one ever. They started out as the best when I found them in 2012. I couldn't say enough good things. But in 2014 my husband and I noticed a sudden change in staff & a rapid decline in care. This got worse in 2015, when he & I had an appt 2 weeks apart & the staff changed in that short amount of time! When I asked I was met with hostility and no real explanation. I was told at my cleaning I needed 2 or 3 cavities filled; they'd see for sure when I came in 3 weeks later. So when I came in - more staff changes & they said casually I needed 8 fillings! I said WHAT!? I've never had problems like that. The lady just told me to calm down. Well excuse me I have every right to be upset. They finally told me well... Maybe just 2 or 3 for now and we will see later what we can wait on. She did my fillings and it was not good, I have never been in so much pain after. I decided I was never going back here. She told me I could wait till my next cleaning for the other fillings - oh no wait better come in next month. Oh hmm no u can wait a little longer. Oh no they are bad u better come In soon like 2 weeks. She told me all this in the same appt, kept changing her mind then finally told me if I didn't come back right away the cavity would be so bad I'd have to have a root canal instead. Are u kidding me? So I found a new dentist to do my other fillings. Oh get this - my new dentist who is amazing - told me I don't need any, my teeth are great! So I wonder if I even needed those others! I will tell u before I hardly ever needed fillings before, if ever, that one appt. I am beginning to believe this is a very crooked, lying practice giving people unnecessary work just to take patients for a ride & steal their money. Not to mention very rude. They also raised their prices since the first couple years I went. I will tell everyone AVOID this place at all costs!!! It's the worst!!!
