My mother was seen at the gilbert location for physical therapy. Worst experience and treatment we have ever had. Substandard care. Was treated by Derek the physical therapist. All he did was talk to his co workers the entire treatment , instead of paying attention to her therapy. She was also left to stand and wait for several minutes between treatments while he talked to co workers about personal matters. When human resources was notified so she could get back her copayment and allotted visits to go else ware , she was told by Annette that there was nothing she could do for her. Can't believe someone in need of medical care was treated so unprofessional and received such poor care. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
