I never write reviews, but this Enterprise location was TERRIBLE (so much so, I have to share)! I was out of town for a friend's wedding, and the starter went in my car (on a Saturday, the day of the wedding!). While I was getting my car fixed, I wanted a back-up so that I could make it to the wedding on time. Because this was Saturday afternoon, the Enterprise across the street was closed but I was still within the 10-mile radius for them to come and "pick me up" (according to the first lady I talked to, this would be fine!).... However, when she transferred me to the front desk to actually book it, that lady told me there was NO WAY (even after I told her there was no way for me to make it 4 miles to the location to pick the car up) that they could drive the car and get me. Her explanation was that my location was covered by the place across the street.... IT WAS CLOSED!! Even after telling her that, she would not work with me at all. Terrible service!
