No secret this company is about as Bad as they come. Their Internet Service is nothing short of ridiculous. If you live in an area which is not like 100% fiber good luck getting consistent coverage. When you call for answers expect a multitude of excuses and flat-out LIES from Cox. If they claim there is an outage in your area ask for the address of the problem so you can film the work being done. Expect them to the cue the crickets at that point.
Cox will basically LIE to your face about most everything. They could care less they have a Monopoly. Couple that with horrifically incompetent and corrupt local Politicians and you have a perfect storm of criminality. Yes, criminality as that is what this is and I am tired of people not calling this bs for what it is. This company is stealing from the public. They take your money and do not deliver.
