I have never had such a great moving experience. Curtis and Jacob were so professional. I would hire them again in an instant. First of all, Curtis was the only mover who volunteered to come look at the stuff that was going to be moved and give an accurate estimate. He was also the only mover who broke down the pricing - i.e., insurance, fuel, labor - it was all really clear what we were paying for. Then, when it came to moving day, they brought drinks for my mom and my sister (they were at the other end of my move). They packed everything so carefully. The last move I had experience with - my parents' move - many things were broken, and it was a completely different experience. Curtis puts down pads to protect your floors - no matter what condition your floors are in! Nothing was broken. They were positive people even though there was a lot they could've complained about; for example, my third floor condo building with no elevator and how I asked them if they could move a piano to a different location to make room for one of the pieces. They are professional, honest, and good guys you'd want to spend the day with, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They truly do live up to the name of their company.
