I bought a new home in June & it needed some work. Trying to keep costs down as much as possible, I bought a Groupon for carpet cleaning from Orbit. They were on time, worked efficiently, and professional. Flash forward 7 months and we finally had our housewarming party. Someone tracked mud into our house, plus the normal wear & tear and it was time to have our carpets cleaned again. I called Orbit for an appointment and they said they were running a special- 3 rooms for $69. Unfortunately, they were booked for 3 weeks and I had company coming in 4 days. I asked if they could call me if there was a cancellation and within a day I got the call and they were able to come out & clean my carpet. Again, they were on time, worked efficiently and staff was professional. They called to confirm appointment the day prior, and called in advance to say they'd be early. I wasn't able to be home early to let them in, so they said no problem and came at the scheduled time. I really like Orbit and will use them again and recommend them to anyone. I only give them 4 stars because the stains eventually come back--- but think that might be due to the stains (that were there prior to me moving in) & carpet more than Orbit or their lack of service.
