I'm not sure what was going on today but every thing I ordered today had a problem. I ordered a coconut latte, I got a caramel latte instead; they had to change it. I ordered some cakes for me and family, they skipped mine and when I went back to order the classic coffee cake, I got the cinnamon coffee cake instead! The cashier who took our order was perfectly fine and very nice but the persons who executed the order did not do very well today. I guess it wasn't their day! At the end I accidentally threw away my coffee cup's lid, so I asked for another. My drink was a tall and they gave me a grande lid! No wonder I couldn't close it! I asked for help and the cashier came and helped me and she said, "it won't close coz they gave you a grande lid". I don't like to write negative reviews for a one time not-so-good experience but for a brand like Starbucks known for consistent great customer service, this was not up to par guys. I hope you'll have a better day next time.
