Great ice cream! I ended up here after making a bad choice by skipping my spinning class, so this was my punishment (sort of). Lappert's is located inside California Hotel and was a bit of a drive from my house, the drive was well worth it thought. I was sooo quiet on my drive back while attempting to chow down on two (quiet large) scoops.
I sampled several flavors including: Kona Coffee, Rum Raisin, Macadamia Nut, Chocolate Coconut Macadamia, Caramel Chocolate Macadamia, and Kauai Pie. All flavors were spectacular but winners for me were the Chocolate Coconut Macadamia and Kauai Pie. Flavorful, rich ice cream with chunks of goodness. Love chunky ice cream!
I got my scoops in a sugar cone, the cone tasted fresh and sweet. All in all great shop, exotic flavors and high quality ingredients.
