I had tried this spa for a hair cut and style before and they seemed fine. I tried booking a permanent style and it was a nightmare! Never was any person available to answer my questions. I was asked to leave my number so someone could get back to me. They never did! And when I finally booked an appointment without asking any questions - bcos obviously, people who could answer the questions were not available - they booked me for a regular hair wash and style. I found out only after I took time to get to the salon (the Chandler Mall one). They said their only person was booked thru the day and the stylists didn't always correspond well with the folks at the reception, so there was a confusion!! Really ??? I wasted my time here with these divas who couldn't be bothered to even try to resolve this for me.
