Had a appointment to go over MRI results. Arrived 15 min early. Signed in. Office was packed. Almost an hr later they called me up to pay co pay. Told me it would be a 2- hr wait or I could come back. They rescheduled me for 5 weeks later. Hopefully my test results aren't too bad. I agree very rude office staff. SB
