excellent customer service! i can't say enough positive things about this location. from the moment i walked in i felt welcomed and genuinely appreciated. everyone here was more than eager to help, all with a friendly smile on their faces. my questions were very much welcomed, and addressed to my complete satisfaction. everything was explained to me with patience and total clarity. Cindy (as well as everyone else that day) worked at a very efficient pace, however, i was never made to feel rushed out the door.
Cindy B. was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. i appreciate a "hands on" manager, like Cindy B., rather than one that sits back watching everyone else work.
because of the ongoing premium level of customer service i have received at this ONCU, i will continue to do business here, and i highly recommend you do the same.
