I have lived here for 2 years and will likely stay longer. The 2 bedroom floor plan we have is nice and spacious at just over 1000 sq ft I believe. The pools and recreation areas have been newly renovated while we've been here, and they are really impressive. I have recently started using the gym recently and they have nice equipment and keep it really clean and organized. The office staff are similar to most places I've stayed, nothing spectacular but not bad either. Everybody is very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Xander 3900 as one of the nice apartments to live in here in Las Vegas.
