This place is awesome!!!!! The staff is so friendly and attentive to our dog!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!
We walked in today and they greeted our dog by name, I have never had a veterinary office do that. Also, one of the vet techs who had treated our dog last visit came in the room just to say hi! We were so touched!
They also call a couple days after visits to see how your pet is doing and if you have any more questions. Not too many places do that anymore. The level of care is extraordinary.
We were in Petsmart on a separate occasion with our dog just shopping and one of the techs came up to say hi to us. She asked how he was doing and fussed over him in the store.
Then on another occasion in Petsmart, another staff member that treated our dog came up and warmly greated us.
What great dog people!
The office and rooms are really clean and nicely decorated.
I love the pet plans that they offer, they are great for maintaining good health and wellness. Plus all your sick visits are free on the plan. The only thing you would have to pay for is medicine if needed.
The long hours are a plus too!!!
