I went here on my birthday during my lunch break to get an "express pedicure"- terrible experience. The lady was super mean to me. I understand that there is a given stereotype and a language barrier that I always take into account and dismiss- but this was just rude: she rolled her eyes at me when I asked for an "express pedicure" rather than one of the lengthier ones- I assume it was because she thought I would tip less? Or can only afford an express one? Not sure- but it was $27 and I tipped as though it were the regular $40 ones. She was mean to me the entire time...would sigh and grunt as though I am bothering her by being there...would hit my foot to indicate I needed to move it (I know this is somewhat normal) but she was just aggressive about it...until I handed her the tip....then ALL OF A SUDDEN she turns into Miss Sunshine...wtf. I think I would have preferred her still being rude and that I could have just though she had a bad day- but the switch in personality was letting me know she was being mean to me on purpose. Not going back here- that was a month ago and I'm still offended.
