I've been back here 5 times now and always regret when I go to another place. Simply the best haircut I've found in Phoenix. Matthew is an extremely talented barber who really cares about his job --- which is great while you're in the chair, but has a huge downside in that he takes an average of 30-45min per customer. I've had days where I wait 2 hours for a cut here.... but it's always worth it. Trick is to call ahead and see how many people are waiting. If it's more than 3.... be prepared to wait a while (plus side is he has the best VHS collection of 90s hit movies I've ever seen... and there's always a new one playing).
The shop used to have 3 barbers and now is down to just him. I really hope he can find some help else I fear he'll be too busy all the time burn out.
