-Location! This is a less than 5 min walk to the LV monorail station, the LinQ corridor, --High Roller, and Harrahs via the back side. This is right across Caesars Palace, but navigating the strip and the escalators and overpasses takes longer to get there.
-Full size refrigerator, microwave, sink
-Bathroom had 2 doors: one to the bedroom, one to the living room.
-Bedroom and living room are completely separate.
-Free self parking

-Wifi was slow to non existent
-Pool party blasts music during the day
-Renovation (3/15/15) so no front desk area and the place was under construction.
-One common door entry to a small foyer which leads to your suite and the neighbors suite...so you can hear the doorbell ring for the neighbor and the doors SLAM loudly at all hours if you have night owls next to you.
-Washer sounded like a fire alarm
-In room jacuzzi had black mold coming out of the spouts
-Stinky trash/sewer smell around property by the walkway between the parking garage and HGV
-Parking garage is in the flamingo structure which is not connected to Hgv
-$10 valet parking/day
