If I were writing this review based on the doctor alone then I would give Dr. Marsha Brown 0 stars. I'm giving 2 because of the girl at the front desk. Unfortunately I never got her name but she was very kind and courteous and respectful. The waiting room was also very clean and tidy with a nice big screen tv. I was also called back exactly at my appointment time. The nurse was also very nice and helpful as well.
Now for the bad part, the doctor. I went in as a first visit because I am pregnant with my first child. Naturally, I had a lot of questions. We talked for a few minutes and then I pulled out a piece of paper from my purse with questions I didn't want to forget to ask. I am having baby brain already and I didn't want to forget anything! I told her that I had a few more questions if she didn't mind. She said, and I quote, "well the patients waiting behind you probably will but you can ask anyway." Was that really necessary? Then one of my questions was how long will our visits be. She replied "5-10 minutes and this visit has gone on much longer than that." In all reality it hadn't been much more than that, and how is it my fault that you scheduled a new patient for a 5 minute visit?!?! You have got to be kidding me. Worst doctor visit I have ever had.
Please take my advice and don't waste your time with Dr. Brown.
