Two times now they have had slow delivery to my place when I am only right around the corner from them. The first time the driver was stopped by Scottsdale PD, so understandable. This time I have been waiting over an hour and a half and still no driver. A call to the store at the hour mark and I was told that today's driver was riding a motorcyle (in this rain) and he dropped his bike in a puddle so they have been using a driver from another store. This is beyond absurd and I am about to call and ask for a refund. Edit: Just had to drive to the store to pick up my order. The manager really needs to train the employees better.
