Awful experience
Nasty desk girl
Absolutely worst customer service. It went from bad to awful.
As a recent transplant to Scottsdale from NYC I needed nails and pedicure refresh.
I thought I would try this place since it was next
To euro wax center. The place is very nice jnside and there was no wait time. I had my gel from NYC on my nails that needed removal and a fresh set. The girl at the counter asked me about my nails "what is that" I explained it was
Japanese calgel she rolled her eyes as if this was too complicated to comprehend.
I was escorted to the pedicure chair had a pedicure and then transferred to the gel
Manicure person who told me to take a seat but never
Told me where do I stood there for five minutes waiting ...
Finally sat down the manicurist then bothered my cuticles and cut them up with the drill. Finished the manicure and left me to dry. After 15 minutes of sitting there I asked another staff person where my manicurist is? She said to keep drying even though I said I'd been here a long time. Finally the manicurist came back and wondered why I was still there as my nails were dry. I guess I should have known to just get
Up at some point but usually someone brings me a bill or puts lotion on my hands . So I went to pay and the little witch at the desk checked me out. I asked the amount for each service
So I could tip the girls and she seemed exhausted by such a question. Then I asked for change for the tip and who were my girls who did the nails. The answer was that they were out on the floor,
So I guess I had to go and look
For them. I did and had trouble finding them. I went back to the desk and almost threw the money at that nasty witch and told her I have to leave give the tips to the girls yourself.
I will never return to this place it
Was just awful!!!
Not sure how that beast has a job greeting customers but she should be fired.
