After coming here multiple times and experiencing the same issue, I'm finally writing a review.
I'm pretty regular when it comes to drink choices: white mocha and peppermint mocha. Every time I've ordered one of these at this location they disappoint. They don't have enough flavor compared to other locations. I'm not sure if they are just not putting enough syrup or sweetener, but every drink I've had is bland and I've had to request them to remake my drink way too many times. This is not an issue I've had at other locations who have remained consistent with taste. I still gave them 3 stars because they have always had friendly and quick service.
Save yourself the time and go to the next Starbucks location where your drink will be done right the first time. I highly recommend the location at Stonecrest.
