Wow, the quality and texture of the ice cream at this place really impressed me. That said, the husband was pretty underwhelmed by his choice of "maple bacon" ice cream, though while fluffy and delicious, contained no actual bacon or other viable ingredients (just tasted vaguely of maple syrup). I did realize in hindsight why this might be though, Sparky's seems to be a "mix in" sort of ice cream spot, so perhaps we were supposed to mix bacon or nuts in? Not sure, but my blueberry ice cream was AMAZING from both a taste and texture perspective. Definitely going back sometime to try the banana. :)
