DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE TO ANY JIFFY LUBE. We went to this location for an oil change and were told we needed a trany flush ($90) but they would do it for $60. So we paid our $95 bill and 4 months later had the car checked out for leak when we found by a trustworthy Firestone only to find out that the trany fluid was black. After looking into it and writing corporate we found out that Jiffy Lube only did a drain and fill which replaces 20- 30% of the fluid- which was not what we paid for or what we were told we were getting.
Corporate completey defeded thier shady employees and only refunded us $30 for this "miscommunicaiton". I have been going to Jiffy Lube in another state for over 8 years and never had an issue, but one bad event has made Jiffy Lube lose my business forever. I WILL NEVER USE JIFFY LUBE AGAIN- BUYER BEWARE!
