GH Johnson's customer service skills are poor at best. People waiting for a sales person to help them. Seeing people walking out because they have been waiting for awhile. Price for the furniture we picked was the same at a competitor but choose them because they had a cheaper delivery charge. Communication with them was poor. Calling them for an update and telling me they'd call back in 2 minutes, turned out to be a week after I called them again. After being a month late, the furniture finally arrived. In retrospect, we should gone with their competitor. The extra money for the delivery would have been worth it rather than deal with GH Johnson.
