I've been bit! Bitten by Frost Gelato that is ...
After being hesitant at the high ratings and raves about Frost (I always take reviews with a grain of salt.) I finally got to try it first hand.
Upon entering, we were greeted by the lovely manager(?) who introduced us to their product and let us know we had unlimited samples. She was informative and gave us recommendations on their most popular flavors. Many samples later Anthony decided on a fruity cup of sorbets and creamy flavors to go in a waffle cone. Each were topped with a pirouette cookie.
Cup: Bellini & Pineapple
Bellini- refreshing and light!
Pineapple- like eating ripe pineapple, not artificial tasting or overly sweet, think lighter version of dolewhip
Cone: Pistachio & Amaretto
Pistachio- hands down the best Pistachio gelato I've had thus far
Amaretto- sweet, warm flavored and nutty, we picked this and went well with the pistachio
Service here is amazing, a bit pricey but the quality of the gelato and sorbet they provide is top notch. They even passed out water at the tables! What other gelato place does that? There is seating indoors and outdoors.
